Challenge & Approach
Comparex is a transformation from to all-round software service provider. They challenge us to develop a Marketing Communication Strategy that will enable them to recruit more qualified leads and retain existing customers through online channels.
(Re)positioning a brand is a complex process. Together with our partner Ripplestarters we audited the company, top to bottom on 3 basic indicators: why, what and how. Interviews with employees and customers gave us a detailed picture of Comparex’ position. With qualitative, quantitative and desk research, we acquired important insights, resulting in a clear vision and mission statements. We set tangible marketing objectives, compared these with Comparex’ online status and subsequently identified the company’s target position in the market.
Our research shows that Comparex can and must claim an authoritative position as a Solutions & Services service provider. We have outlined how Comparex can use the online channels to make that happen. Our strategy details how, when and through which channels Comparex reaches its customers; not only to generate leads, but to maintain the service level for current customers as well.
